Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1  Tbsp fish sauce
  • 3  Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 small Asian chilies, seeded and minced (alternative, 1/2 Tsp crushed red peppers)
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 Tbsp thick soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp whole soy bean sauce, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbs grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp carrots, grated
  • 3 Tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped

 Directions

For sauce:

  1. Mix all ingredients, stir, and garnish with carrots and peanuts. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
