Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 small Asian chilies, seeded and minced (alternative, 1/2 Tsp crushed red peppers)
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp thick soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp whole soy bean sauce, crushed
- 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbs grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp carrots, grated
- 3 Tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped
Directions
For sauce:
- Mix all ingredients, stir, and garnish with carrots and peanuts. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
